Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before playing Hexhunter ("the app," "the game"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Hexhunter on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, and in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. The game is provided free of charge

Hexhunter is free to download and play. You are not required to spend any money to play or enjoy the game.

3. In-app purchases

Hexhunter offers optional in-app purchases (such as unlocking content, cosmetic or convenience items, or removing future advertisements). By making a purchase you agree that:

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle or store your payment details.
• Purchases of consumable and non-consumable content are final and non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policies. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices and available items may change at any time.
• In-app items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game.
• Non-consumable purchases can be restored on devices signed in to the same Apple ID using the in-app "Restore Purchases" option.

4. Virtual items

The game includes virtual items and currency (such as "essence," relics, heroes, and unlocks). These exist only within the game, have no cash value, and may be modified, balanced, or removed in updates. You do not own these items; you hold a limited license to use them within the game.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the app, except where permitted by law;
• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the game or its leaderboards;
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or the App Store Terms of Service.

6. Game Center and leaderboards

If you use Game Center, you agree to compete fairly. We reserve the right to remove scores or achievements that appear to be obtained through cheating or manipulation.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
