By downloading, installing, or using Wingmate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Wingmate is an AI-powered dating coaching application that provides conversational advice, opener generation, and conversation analysis through AI coach personas. The App is designed for entertainment and informational purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Wingmate. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Share content that is harassing, threatening, or abusive
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App to generate content intended to harass, deceive, or manipulate others
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
AI-Generated Content
Coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpful and appropriate advice, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You use coaching advice at your own discretion and risk. Wingmate is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling.
Subscriptions and Payments
Wingmate offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid subscription ("Wingmate Plus") with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by Hypersage AI Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI coaching advice will achieve any particular outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypersage AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
